Performance und Fotografie stehen in einem engen Zusammenhang. Während normalerweise eine Szene photgraphisch in Momente zerstückelt werden kann, versuche ich in »Abriss einer Reise nach« das Gegenteil - die Fragmentierung von Fotografien durch kontinuierliche Aktionen. Auftritt im Rahmen eines Abends der Kunsthochschule für Medien im Literaturhaus Köln im Oktober 2004.

The camera was mounted onto an inlineskate's ballbearing. Like the wheel in roulette it was thus allowed to spin freely. The pictures it »chose« were then put together mimicking the way televised lottery numbers are drawn.
